What will you do

The QA Leader/Manager provides guidance and coaching to QA team members in order to maintain the highest level of quality in our deliverables through continuous testing of functionality/usability and review of visual elements, proofreading, and validation during critical stages of development. Daily coordination of QA activities and management of the overall QA process and workflow. Lead team to use proper QA techniques/technologies and QA principles. Building and maintaining internal lines of communication, and creating/refining departmental process together with rest of engineering leadership team..

What we expect from you

  • Solid experience in QA leadership 3+years
  • QA experience including automated testing 5+ years
  • Lead the QA team as a part of SW engineering organisation
  • Ensure sufficient test coverage; functional testing, regression testing, load testing, etc.
  • Defining Quality Metrics / Gates
  • Defining Testing Strategies
  • Leadership and managerial skills
  • Process improvements

What will you be in charge of

  • Own the testing technology stack and testing practices
  • Coaching of QA team and improvement technical skill for whole team
  • Own the quality of product portfolio
  • Document, prioritize and communicate/remove roadblocks and risks throughout the development process
