One of the main goals is to provide excellent service support to our employees and to maintain network/servers infrastructure. Our Systems Administrators are delivering day-to-day substantial help for to our employees all around the world from the Prague office. Because the company is rapidly growing, we are looking for Junior System Administrator to join our team.

About the Position

The Junior System Administrator is expected to:

  • Provide front-end support to all employees through ticketing system and internal messaging system
  • Prepare computers/accounts and all necessary things for new hires
  • Monitor systems
  • With help of senior administrators participate on maintenance/administration/deploying network and servers infrastructure
  • Location: Prague

About the Candidate

The candidate should be able to work as part of the ZOOM iSupport team and have:

  • 1 year of experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux systems administration
  • Understanding of IP networks
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to constantly learn new things

We will appreciate

  • Knowledge of Cisco networking  and Voice or CCNA (Networking, Voice)
  • Knowledge or Windows Server or MCP (Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange)
  • Knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.x or VCP
