Brief Description of Job:  I assist ZOOM customers in configuring, learning about and going live with the full suite of ZOOM WEM software

Favorite part about your job: Interacting with our software users and creative problem solving

What do you love the most about ZOOM: I love that ZOOM is like a big family where caring for customers and fellow employees is our top value

How long have you been with ZOOM: 3.5 years

Hobbies outside of work: Open water swimming, mountain and road cycling, board games and designing and building large Lego mosaics

Favorite place you’ve travelled: The Wind River Range in Wyoming

Fun Facts about you people would be interested to know about you: I’ve played in many rated Scrabble tournaments and actively read Latin
