Notes from the Cisco Partner Sales Summit in Lisbon

The Cisco EMEAR Collaboration and Contact Center Partner Sales Summit 2016 took place this year in Lisbon, Portugal, and it was a great opportunity to hear first-hand from Rowan Trollope, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group, and his team about Cisco’s strategy. With a dedicated Contact Center stream of keynotes and lectures, we were able to go into real detail on the transformation occurring within the industry.
