Amazing 18 Years


We have exciting news to share with you today!

This January, ZOOM celebrated 18 years since its founding. And, it has been quite a journey so far! We have grown from a tiny software company founded in Prague, Czech Republic into a global WFO provider serving almost 1,600 customers in 90 countries around the world!

We would never be able to get there without you – our customers and partners. I will never be able to thank all of you enough for your hard work and trust in our company and product – especially in the early years where the enthusiam to serve you was filling a lot of gaps in our product offering!

I'm excited to announce that, as of today, Brian Shore is the CEO of ZOOM International – well deserved! Brian has been with us since 2008, started with building our US presence and, over time, took over the worldwide sales, customer care, marketing, product and engineering as ZOOM’s president.

With Brian on board, our revenues increased more than 10x and our Net Promoter Score reached a staggering 82% for 2016 based on almost 1,000 surveys filled by customers and partners. What I personally share with Brian is a burning passion to serve our customers and partners with a "never give up" attitude – something that will continue to be part of ZOOM's DNA for many years to come.

With our major 6.0 launch this January, ZOOM now has a strong omni-channel WFO offering, and I'm convinced Brian will take the company to next level with his passion, leadership and execution.

There is one more thing I am very excited about. ZOOM is spinning off an analytics company called Ytica™, and this is where I will be focusing 100% of my time and energy from now on. In this new venture, we want to leverage our past investments in speech, text and data analytics to bring a brand new product offering to the market.
