5-4-3-2-1- ZOOM Tour Q1'16

The ZOOM 2016 events calendar is kicking off at quite a pace: we’re covering 5 cities, in 4 countries, over 3 months on 2 continents to tell the world that we are #1 for Customer Service in WFO.

We’re just back from the Cisco EMEAR Collaboration Partner Sales Summit in Lisbon where the latest version of ZOOM generated great excitement – in particular, the newly added Video and Telepresence Recording capabilities which enable you to record video conversations for legal compliance, expert consultations, and innovative customer service experiences.

We’ll be in Berlin, February 15th to 19th for Cisco Live 2016, Cisco’s premier education and training destination for IT professionals and we will be participating to ensure our partners in the Cisco community can increase their knowledge of ZOOM products.

Staying in Berlin, we will be exhibiting at CCW, from Feb 23rd to 25th, so come and see us on Stand D24 in Hall 2. We’ll be showcasing ZOOM Performance Analytics. This latest addition to the ZOOM portfolio simplifies decision-making by tearing down the walls that separate data silos. It offers the ultimate, unified view of exactly what is happening in your contact center.

In addition to our stand presence at CCW, our CEO Simon Vostry will deliver a presentation at 12:00 on Feb 24th. Focused on Business Intelligence in the Contact Center, Simon will present “Bridging The Gap Between Content and Context Analytics” which explains how frontline business managers now have access to powerful analytics based on a single version of the truth, extracted and integrated from all systems across the enterprise.

February also sees our ZOOM Partner Conferences in Australia when we’ll be in Sydney on Tuesday 23rd and then in Melbourne on Thursday 25th. The Conference will give our international partners access to the latest information about ZOOM Workforce Optimization product portfolio, services and partnership programs to help them grow their business with ZOOM.

Next, we’ll be in Amsterdam March 14th – 18th when ZOOM team will be introducing ZOOM Performance Analytics to the Cisco sales teams and their channel partners Cisco Contact Center Technical Partner Summits.
